1. What is Spring Contest 2021?

Spring Contest 2021 is an exciting contest hosted by Chicago Title Insurance Company in Canada. The contest will run from April 20, 2021 to May 31, 2021.

2. How do I enter the contest?

You need to fill in the registration form once during the contest period in order to register for the contest.

     3. Does each lawyer/law clerk from my law firm need to fill in the survey?

Yes, anyone who wishes to enter the contest must fill in the registration form to enter the contest.

     4. Do I need to fill in the registration form every time I place an order?

No, you will earn ballots for all your orders during the contest period automatically after you register once. You do not need to fill in the registration form every time you order a policy.

     5.  What is the contest period?

The contest runs from April 20, 2021 to May 31, 2021. 

     6.  What are the prizes?

There are 17 prizes in total. A  gift card worth $1,000, 2 gift cards worth $500, 4 gift cards worth $250, and 10 gift cards worth $25.

     7. Is this contest only for new clients of Chicago Title?

All clients (except Quebec), new and current, are eligible for the contest. However, you must fill in the registration form to register for the contest.

      8. Can I enter the contest without making a purchase?

Yes, to enter the contest without making a purchase. Please first register for the contest and then send a short handwritten essay sharing your experience of ordering Residential or Commercial Title Insurance using our Online Ordering Platform - CTICExpress, by May 31, 2021. The handwritten essay should be titled " Spring Contest 2021" and mailed to - Chicago Title Insurance Company Canada, 100 - 55 Superior Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario, L5T 2X9.

SUMMARY OF RULES FOR CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY “SPRING CONTEST 2021”

No purchase necessary. Contest Sponsor: Chicago Title Insurance Company (“CTIC”). The Contest Period runs from April 20, 2021(12:01 am EDT) to May 31, 2021 (4:59 pm EDT). The contest is open to all residents of Canada (except Quebec) who are registered with CTIC to order residential and/or commercial title insurance policies and who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence by April 20, 2021. To enter, first register for the contest and then submit a title insurance order to CTIC through: (i) CTIC’s online platform – CTICExpress; (ii) eConveyance; (iii) Lawyer Done Deal (LDD); (iv) Order forms; (v) Phone orders; (vi) Prolegis; (vii) ProSuite; (viii) The Conveyancer; or (ix) Unity. To be a qualifying purchase, the title insurance order must be approved by CTIC and the policy documents must be issued before the end of the Contest Period. There are seventeen (17) prizes available to be won, consisting of gift cards/gift certificates of each winner’s choice (within designated categories), with the following values:1 gift card worth $1,000 CDN, 2 gift cards worth $500 CDN, 4 gift cards worth $250 CDN, and 10 gift cards worth $25 CDN. No cash is awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entrant can only win one prize. Skill-testing question required.
